‘Working for Universal is an amazing experience. Coming into the company at a young age and progressing to where I am today a fully qualified service engineer, working on my own or in a team but always making sure the customer is happy, this has been a great point in my life. It’s been a massive learning curve throughout the two and half years I’ve been here. It’s been a massive joy and experience to do it. Every day is a learning curve and there are endless possibilities to add to your abilities.’ Nick
